Kahlua - 14 month old Female, Lab Mix
Kahlua came to us from a young man who is in the service. He brought her home as a puppy but was unable
to keep her during his current assignment. The service man's mother picked Kahlua up in Texas and
brought her to Ohio in December. She would liked to have kept Kahlua for her son, but with three dogs of
her own, it just wasn't a good fit. Another family member also wanted to help, but had a puppy and was
overwhelmed with two puppies. Kahlua was spayed on March 11th and is recovering nicely. She is
house-trained and gets along well with all of our dogs. She was a hyper girl at her previous residence but
settled down here within a few minutes after arriving. She is quickly learning her manners when playing
with our older dogs. She attached to me very quickly and is most comfortable when allowed to follow me
and be by my side. Kahlua is a wonderful girl who would love to find a home of her very own.
