one of her puppies who are sweet, beautiful little babies by the way.
I found Lois to be a very honest, kind person who loves her dogs, takes very good care
of them and does a very nice job of getting them started with their potty training. I have
two sweet little girls from Lois and both were off to a very good start when we got them. I
first bought Sophie when we were back east visiting our niece in 2006. And we just
loved her personality so much we ended up getting another in 2007. My niece flew
Sophie out for me, but we did have Lexee shipped. My experience with Lois has been
very favorable, I have absolutely no complaints. We love our sweet babies, they are
exactly what we expected and if we wanted another dog I would not hesitate one second
to get her from Lois.
Continental does a very nice job shipping the puppies. They are held in a climate
controlled space. Lois makes all the arrangements for you. Only thing you have to do is
go pick up your puppy. After you have decided on a date you want your puppy, she will
let you know when the puppy is being shipped and what time you need to be at the
airport to pick up your puppy. Lexee traveled a long way...California (7 hours before we
were able to get her) and she did very well. Cleveland is close, you should have no
problems.
